Is there a contract?

No. We want you to be satisfied with our service. Therefore, we do not bind you in a long term agreement. If you no longer need our services, we only ask to have a 14 day notice in advance of cancellation for the upcoming month.

What should I expect with the onboarding process?

We like to conduct an assessment of your website, current marketing strategy, and online presence. From here, we would initiate a setup phase which involves establishing credentials, access to site and other relatable channels. This onboarding stage typically takes 7-10 business days.

A website is a requirement for the services that we provide. If you need assistance with building a website and hosting a domain, we are able to assist with this.

Are there set plans that I can purchase?

We don’t necessarily have “plans”, instead; our services are dedicated to your business objective and goals. We recommend proper channels and manage them on your behalf.
